For remote support from AM CSS, please download the Splashtop SOS Remote Support software by clicking on the icon below as advised by your technician and follow the instructions to allow us to help you solve your issue.

1. Click on the icon below to download the support client.
2. Launch the downloaded program.
   It may be in your Downloads folder.
3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.

This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
